Wat is a person capable of? i often wonder how much m i able to influence the people around me. i always tot i'm onli me. Small, insignificant me. never would i imagine i would be of so much influence to A.
yuan lai A hav alreadi accidentally stumbled upon my blog, n browse through it. i m ok for all to see my blog, but for A i have my reservations. i never tot A will get to see my blog. at least not now. A, i do not purposely keep it away from u. Don jump into conclusions, listen to ur heart, u noe my reasons for keeping it away from you.
Enjoy ur trip, i'm sorry things are no longer the way it used to be. let it go. u'll b happier. fufil my wish since long ago, 'be happy'. hopefully one day all things will turn out better then now. i hav not abandon u. hope when the storm is over, i will come to realise u hav not abandon me too. it may be difficult to see that possibility now in this storm, but when the storm dies down, and the sea is peaceful again, u will see the sun and a rainbow across the horizon signifying new possibilities. i realli hope that this day will come. Trust me.

PS perhaps u will never open up this page again. i dunno. but if u do, please do read this n hav faith in urself, and me. After an ordeal, in fact, it was more than one, i hope we can survive. Wats beneath the blazing fire is a newly cast sword. Friends are important n i certainly do not wan to be send off in that last batch.

long time no blog. from my freq, shld noe tt my 3minute hotness is cooling off... (but its realli getting better over the years, u noe) hmm, will still try to maintain la. recently busy, seldom on msn even. todae played mj for the first time with cash, burn a hole, but ok la, school fees. i'm happy.

jus cleared a few potential road-blocks, feeling less unsettled within myself now. hopefully all will turn out fine in the end. hope so. muz hav confidence.

Labbie's outing!!!

yesterday nite was fun! finally had a combined labbie's outing!! but pearlyn cant make it if not we would have had full attendance:) nvm, next time. this time so fun sure got next time:) went to watch Step Up 2: The Streets. a movie with lots of dance. nice. for one like me who cant dance, can onli look.. lol. actually i m happy jus to be looking...(better say this first before anyone grabs me n start asking mi to dance, pls don. haha) seriously, i like to see ppl dance. Haha ppl who dances well eludes confidence and a person who is confident is an attractive person. isnt it? But fret not, ppl like me who cant dance, we will jus hav to look for other means to elude our confidence k! *winkz*

thereafter we went for late dinner at a HK cafe. hmm the food is good n the price is fair (hc good recommendation:) )... cannot resist temptation, knew that my throat was alreadi a bit scratchy, i still went ahead with a spicy soup base noodle.. (it realli looked tempting from the menu, cant help it), haha todae, i'm reaping wat i sown last night... :(

psychology lecture todae brought up the findings of an experiment done to test learning during the pre-natal stage. One of the example was, mummys-to-be had to read the storybook 'Cat in the Hat' to her unborn child for a period of 6weeks. It was found that such babies after they were being born, preferred the story 'Cat in the Hat' being read to them by their mum (a voice they are familiar with) compared to the same story read by another female. At the same time, it was also found that the baby do also prefer the story 'Cat in the Hat' rather than another story book when the mum reads it. Why did they use Dr Seuess 'Cat in the Hat' book i'm not sure, prob becoz it is a well-known children story.

actually when 'Cat in the Hat' was being mentioned, on my part, it did brought back nice memories... this book was one of my first books my mum taught mi to read too. Everything rhymes in that.... cat hat bat mat pat... hmm, was wondering.. mayb my liking for rhyming words and being so particular bout ya yun is due to this. Sentences definitely sounds more melodious when there is a certain tempo n rhythm to it. doesnt it?

of coz i'm ok if u don speak in rhyme
it is defineitely better rather than u choosing to mime
i noe some ppl feel that it doesnt worth a dime
so they would not try it n waste their time
but i do really love the way it chimes.

haha it's so fun... coming out with something that rhymes n hopefully make sense too...

hmm for those who don like rhymes, it's ok, i wont consider it a crime! ;p

a final YEP post-trip outing todae. we brought kids from Henderson to Spore Discovery centre. actually somoe of us were quite tired.. haha were saying things like 'why not let the kids play by themselves'.. but when the kids came, no choice right, still hav to entertain them... found myself 3 kids to take care of.. n found that i enjoyed playing n looking for answers together with them. the naughty boys always hav funny antics and the girl, is always eager to find out things from me.. zy came late due to a meeting in camp, but it was the right timing.. In their No. 4, Daniel n him stood at where the chartered bus was n 'acted' like mascots to the kids who just exited from a thrilling 4D short movie featuring NS life.. haha talking bout 'actors' coming alive.. a boy asked zy, 'where do u keep ur machine gun??' LOL.
oh ya went to cut my hair todae liao, haha jus a trim, but i like it. look like a guai guai gal ;p went to tiong bahru to watch The Water Horse... n surprise surprise!! saw my prof walking intot he cinema shortly after i settled myself. was contemplating whether to say hi but did so in the end, his first words were, ' i don do tis often, i'm veri busy u noe.' lol he said that in a funny sort of way, haha mayb he was scared tat i tink as a prof, he's veri free. interesting day todae. :)

Two Thumbs Up

hee. todae, someone pass mi a thumbdrive.. tot it was cute n sweet to have both tied together like that... haha random but looking at it. i cant help smiling the whole day.. kekeke.

SENTOSA!!!

went to Sentosa with dear yest. It was fun. Yest was full of surprises (in his words) and impromptu decisions.. coz he, for one is an organised person, one who will always plan out things well before hand. but me? I am one who believes in spontaneity.. hee will plan a bit, be always subjected to last-minute changes.. haha so hopefully we complement ya. =p and yest's outing was the result of complementing each other.

i tink i cant step foot to sentosa.. coz for some reason, the weather was bright n sunny yest while we were having lunch in vivo, then as we board the tram ride, rain droplets were seen on the window pane.. *BIG SIGH* lol... but lucky it was jus drizzle, no downpour (prob becoz zy n i refused to mention the word 'R__N for the entire day.. tis kind of things realli pandang lo. haha)

sentosa realli changed a lot, many places to take photos.. reminds mi of the theme park i visited in Bangkok.. so, it was a day of cam-whoring.. took quite a number of nice photos.. then we got on the luge... hee FUN!! but the entire 650m track seems too fast... :( we left the skyride for the nite.. to see the night view, facing sea. SWEET:) so nice to be at the top, open-air.. better than the cable car.. lol. in between that time, we visited the underwater world.. LOL machaim tourists.. Underwater world haven change much but other than the viewing gallery, i cant rmb much from my last trip there when i was in Primary sch.. hee. so it was a nice experience. with dear ard, he can recognise and provide explainations for the many species there too. Then we trek a bit on the dragon trail.. haha whole sentosa so commerialised brimming with ppl, yet the dragon trail, was almost deserted... visited Mt Imbiah, haha to revive memories of the camp i planned during my JC days. At night, went for the musical fountain show... well, now hav to pay, and yet i still tink the old show is much much better. i like to see the water dance... but the current show, its jus water jets... a bit disappointing... BUT still, overall i had a great time!! =p

haven been blogging for almost a week.. jus ended 2 cosecutive days of tests.. tired. but at last, its over for now.. truthfully speaking, during the mid-sem break, other getting to wake up later than usual, its actually veri hectic.. yes, i did hav a lot of outings which i hav a lot of fun but tts a lot of work-related stuff to catch up too.. tests n projects.. oh no!! lol. a student's life... what to expect rite?

last sat, went to Botanic Garden to celebrate hx bday... hmm 13yao's bday, we will also try to celebrate de... tis yr, hx suggested pinic at Botanic.. exotic rite... jealous not?? it was veri fun leh... yuan lia, got a lot of ppl go there pinic also... mayb the idea of having pinics is coming back to fashion again.... nice enviroment... we walked for quite long before we found the LEGENDARY WHITE GAZEBO that hx wanted to locate.. lol.. we were all so happy when we finally found it... tot it was hx's own imagination of tt place la.. lol paiseh. hx veri happening, even brought along her new fodue set.... imagining eating liquid choc with fruits amongst greenery... envy hor... quite romantic also... but we had 8 ppl together la, difficult to be romantic anyway.. haha.. then kat taught us a new mj-adapted poker game.. veri fun.. took many photos too.... *happy*
